- Currently, we do not ship internationally
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India
- No minimum order value required
- Shipping charges are included in the product price
3. DELIVERY TIME
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
4. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive order confirmation via email/SMS
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
- Include landmark, contact number, and PIN code
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address

8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, courier will attempt redelivery
- After 2-3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
- You may be charged for re-shipment in case of failed delivery due to customer error
