  • No minimum order value required
  • Shipping charges are included in the product price

3. DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

4. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive order confirmation via email/SMS
  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmark, contact number, and PIN code
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address
  • Address cannot be changed once the order is shipped

8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, courier will attempt redelivery
  • After 2-3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • You may be charged for re-shipment in case of failed delivery due to customer error
