No Returns, No Refunds

At AIRX PLUS HEALTHCARE PVT LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products. However, due to the nature of our products being consumable health and wellness items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Why We Don't Accept Returns:

  • Our products are Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements meant for consumption
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned consumable products
  • All products are manufactured under strict quality control and hygienic conditions
  • Each product is sealed and tamper-proof to ensure safety

Exceptions:

We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping
  2. Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
  3. Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  4. Expired Product: If you receive a product that is past its expiration date

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
